At CS Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns of CS2 skins purchased from our website.

1. Digital Nature of Products

CS2 skins are digital items that are delivered electronically to your Steam account. Due to the digital nature of these products, special considerations apply to our refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Non-Delivery of Items

If you have not received your purchased CS2 skin(s) within 48 hours of completed payment and have provided correct Steam trade information, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Technical Issues

If the CS2 skin(s) you received exhibit technical issues that significantly affect their appearance or functionality in-game, and these issues are not part of the item's description or known characteristics, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2.3 Incorrect Items

If you received a different CS2 skin than what you ordered (wrong pattern, float value, or skin type), you are eligible for a refund or the correct replacement item.

2.4 Unauthorized Purchases

If unauthorized charges were made to your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and may issue a refund following verification of the unauthorized transaction.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within:

  • 48 hours of receiving the item for technical issues or incorrect items
  • 7 days from the date of purchase for non-delivery issues
  • 14 days from the transaction date for unauthorized purchases

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at refunds@csgaminghub.com or through our Contact page
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) for which you are requesting a refund, and the reason for your request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation or evidence (screenshots, video recordings, etc.) that may help us process your request
  4. If applicable, be prepared to return the digital item to our inventory through a trade offer

4.2 Processing Time

We will review your refund request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

4.3 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the same cryptocurrency used for purchase

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative refund method.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the eligible timeframe
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Market value fluctuations of CS2 skins
  • Items that have been traded or transferred to another Steam account after delivery
  • Differences in skin appearance due to graphics settings or hardware limitations
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions marked as "Final Sale"

6. Exceptions for Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise that are not covered by our standard refund policy. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Limitations

7.1 Excessive Refund Requests

Customers who repeatedly request refunds may be subject to additional verification processes for future purchases or, in extreme cases, may be temporarily or permanently restricted from making purchases on our platform.

7.2 Refund Processing Fees

While we generally do not charge processing fees for refunds, some payment processors or financial institutions may deduct a fee from your refund amount. CS Gaming Hub is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order before the CS2 skin has been delivered to your Steam account, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will attempt to cancel the order and process a full refund. However, once the trade offer has been sent or accepted, the order cannot be canceled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to our policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified policy.
